Strategic Partnership
On June 16, 2025, AeroDef Nexus LLP entered into a formal strategic partnership with Vipus Advanced Materials Pvt Ltd, a Coimbatore-based composite engineering company backed by Zoho Corporation.
Under this MoU:
Vipus will supply high-spec composite tooling and autoclave operations.
Co-execution will occur under ADA’s EOI guidelines
IP and process co-ownership are built into the engagement
